Application Submission and Rezoning Timeline

Hello Spivey Lake community! As our first project update we wanted to share the timeline we'll be following for the rezoning process. We will be submitting the rezoning application for the Spivey Lake development on or before the April 29th, 2021 application deadline. From there, we will be following the DeKalb County rezoning process, as outlined on the DeKalb County website here.
